Two volumes on stilts that float in the air and seem to fly away for a unique experience of its kind. ​

The twin box offers two interpenetrating volumes offering otherwise unimaginable perspectives. With this pavilion we discover nature from above. The bay window, more than 3 meters high, promises total immersion with the environment. The best part of this accommodation is its bed located at the very top of the pavilion, on a mezzanine which gives a feeling of floating in the very heart of this unusual village.

UTOPIA stems from the desire of the architect, Michel Duquaine, to establish a hotel concept with a unique design that respects its environment.

 

In 2011, he imagined and nourished this project as a privileged place: the first passive technology hotel in Wallonia. Michel Duquaine's creativity explodes to meet this magnificent challenge:

transforming this place to bring it back to life and tend towards an ideal reality, a utopia. In an enchanting wooded setting, UTOPIA is an atmospheric hotel.

 

It is the result of a particularly studied architecture where buildings subtly blend into spaces such as gardens and bodies of water which inspire calm and serenity.
